The following 08-036A obs is from an image that was not carefully timed. Meteor
1-5 is in the same image however and provided a time calibration, so these
positions should be accurate to (well) better than 1 second in time:

Meteor 1-5:

Second part of yesterday evening's observations: USA 186 from my regular 4353
location, and SAR Lupe 5 from my secondary site 4355.

SAR Lupe 5 was captured surreptitiously on a test image taken to check lens
focus. The start of this exposure was hence not carefully timed. EXIF time is
accurate to about 1s, but: in this case the image timing could be calibrated
because Meteor 1-5 is in the same image. Comparing measurements on the latter
trail with tle positions provided what should be a quite accurate time for the
image.

SAR Lupe 5 was 57 seconds early and 1.05 deg off-track relative to a 10-day old
elset 14070.79844376.

USA 186 was 0.35s early and 0.05 deg crosstrack relative to 2-day old elset
14078.84989291.
