Re: more DMSP debris cataloged

On 2015 Feb 28 I imaged 23533 around 05:20 UT.
It was on time wrt TLE 2015046.19 from classfd.tle
It should have been in 3 images, but only in the 2nd
image a brief flash was seen.

This was expected after the recent impulsive change in the orbit elements. 
The first hobbyist detection was by Russell Eberst. I commented here:

Does anyone know whether the satellite remains operational?
