It passed by KSI Aquila (RA 19:55, Dec +08:30) about 12:50:32 UT, 1 March 2015. Magnitude estimated at 5.5 using the 4.7 magnitude KSI Aquila as a reference. At a range of 1070 km, Skymap phase angle of 46.5 degrees that is a standard magnitude of about 3.4. Averaging with my previous standard magnitude of 2 and dropping a bit to be conservative, I put it at 3.0 with my normal caveats of higher magnitude estimates error than others might have. I had tried to see it with binoculars in Cygnus a minute earlier but twilight made finding the target stars uncertain. Missing it that way was inconclusive.
