Thanks Alan.  Skymap finally works again.   I am so happy.

I also got STSPlus to work although I have forgotten all
the options to use it.

From the Z prompt I typed

mount c c:\sattrack\skymap

which is the directory of my files.  Change as needed for
your directory.

Then I tried using the "cd c:\sattrack\skymap"  which did
not work. No quotes of course.

Finally I just typed "skymap" without the quotes and it worked.

Apparently once you invoke the "mount" command that places you
into that directory.

Maybe I have loaded ansi.com previously but for whatever
reason, everything looks normal on Skymap.
