Estimated elements for Proton launch

A Proton-M/Briz-M will launch Express AM7 from Baikonur at 22:05UT
today (March 18th).

Based on the information at
http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=32701.0, I estimate
the following approximate elements.

The Briz-M burns from the parking to intermediate and from
intermediate to the transfer orbit occur just before exiting the
shadow. The Briz-M/Payload and jettisoned APT fuel tank exit the
shadow around 01:53UT above Spain and should be visible from most of
Europe. I observed this during the Astra 2G launch in December 2014
(http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Dec-2014/0188.html).
