I suspect it is void only if it DOESN'T occur at 1836.
I am guessing autocorrect fail and you planned to say "valid."

Hi all;

At T+ 3h 14' the satellite should separate from the upper stage, giving
more or less this orbit:

GPS IIF-9 estimation                                 20466 X 20669 km
1 70000U 15700A   15084.90694444 0.00000000  00000-0  00000+0 0    00
2 70000  54.9281   2.8232 0037667 293.4125 332.9661  1.96275654    05

I expect to update the elset if a delay occurs during the launch window.
Remember that this orbit is void only if launch occurs at 18:36.

Any suggestions/corrections/questions/etc are welcome.
