Was the sighting in the morning or the evening?

The UTC time would have been 4 h later than the local time.

Do you know the sighting locations?

Thank you for this news of the recent discovery in Spain, of an oval tank made of titanium. It appears to be related to
the re-entry on 2015 Nov 03 UTC of 2008-010B / 32707. The approximate site of the discovery is about 10 km NE of the
estimated re-entry ground-track. Most of the other suspected debris has about the same relationship to the ground track.
