The predicted clouds stayed away till around 04 UT when cirrus came in and
40 min later thicker clouds ending the session.

31702 07 027B was F with P ~ 10 sec on both passes with brighter flashes
in the 2nd pass.

39475 was 14 sec late on 19 day old TLE; see below.
