DSP F11 observation

When observing geo sats flares and scanning higher inclinations, in 23:30 UT
have seen a dim flash in Crater. Turned out to be DSP F11 #14930. I've measured
16 periods and they gave me exactly 10 seconds flash period. Flashes were
like 6-7 mag.
And probably most interesting: it was about 10 seconds late on
it's trajectory opposing to March 4 integrated TLEs: it had to pass near by star
SAO 138312 at 23:37:07, but it did at 23:37:17.
