Nice clear sky. Stayed up late to capture two passes.

The A object was 1.5 s early, the B object 2.7 s early with respect to my elset
here:
http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Mar-2017/0051.html

They are both much brighter than a few days ago, as also remarked by Leo. So
they seem to have deployed some paraphernalia.

I also captured the NOSS 3-3 duo, and the Yaogan 20 triplet (a Chinese NOSS
clone), but will measure these tomorrow.
