I don't know if it has anything to do with the virus, but they've certainly been falling behind with most TLEs over the past week or so.

Maybe I only notice it after a OneWeb/Starlink launch, but I wonder if an influx of new objects like that has anything to do with it.

Space Track has not been updating many elements. Is it because of virus?
Celsestrak has been posting current Starlink TLE.  Look
underSupplemental TLE Data.

Use those elements to check if Starlink is your unid.
