The problem does not appear to be related to recent launch activity, although we still do not see any 18 SPCS TLEs for the last Starlink launch (Mar 18, 8 days ago). We do track and closely monitor this behavior on CelesTrak and you can see what’s been going on here:

https://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/history.php

There have been two other Starlink launches this year and we do not see the behavior we are seeing right now following either of them.

We have reported the problem to Space Track and asked about the cause. Space Track has responded that they are working the issue but has not revealed any details as to what might be causing it. After a brief improvement (but not to previous levels), it seems stuck around 1.75 days old, compared to 1.0 days old prior to Mar 17. - TS

I don't know if it has anything to do with the virus, but they've certainly been falling behind with most TLEs over the past week or so.

Maybe I only notice it after a OneWeb/Starlink launch, but I wonder if an influx of new objects like that has anything to do with it.

Thanks,
Michael

Space Track has not been updating many elements. Is it because of virus?
Celsestrak has been posting current Starlink TLE. Look
underSupplemental TLE Data.
<http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/supplemental/>

Use those elements to check if Starlink is your unid.

Had 2 unid's come by last night, where I happened to be aimed. Allowing for
error is path and time, I can blame 2 starkink sat's.

One was almost 2 degrees off track and between 2 to 3 minutes late.

That was 45057. I wait for space track to update the orbit for it, as the
epoch of the last orbit was Mar 17.
