OIG has yielded only one fresh element for #23850 = 96- 23 C 
(Priroda deb) since last Friday:

This is 30s late with respect to the SatEvo orbit evolution I posted on 
May 11. I calculate that decay occurred around May 12.7.

I now predict that object #23849 = 96- 23 B (Priroda R) will decay at
