Titan IV (#80000) preliminary positions 14 May 96

After more review of the stars I have determined two reasonably
good positions:

Time (UT)           RA             DEC     (J2000)
10:45:02.1     20:10:11      +10:41       (about 28 seconds early)
10:47:39.0      1:40:44       +49:35       (about 21 seconds early)

My latitude is +38.9478, long is 104.5614 W, elev 2073 meters
(Time zone is MDT or UT-6).

Accuracy of observations is NOT to the degree listed but is close.
the second observation is the most accurate.
