As I saw Kosmos 1867(87-60A/18187) flashing yesterday, I was curious to find
something back in recent elements of this object. The first 4 element-sets
are showing a normal increase in Mean Motion but starting with the fifth
element the increase of the MM is abnormal and is not in the line of
expections we see with the other elements. Also note that the excentricity,
beginning with the fifth element set is increasing while previous element
sets are showing it is decreasing.
Looking back in the PPAS I found no observations between 95343 and 96003. I
expect that the acceleration must have happend somewhere between those two
epochs.
Does anyone have some observations especially between the two epochs
mentionned above ?

I hope my observation of May 15 can quickly be confirmed.
