1. At the SeeSat e-mail archive, uuencoded. Send a message with in the
SUBJECT field "archive get obs/86070a.uu" (without the quotes)
to SeeSat-L-request@iris01.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de

2. At the ftp-archive. Ftp anonymously to ftp.physics.ox.ac.uk
and get the file at this path: /pub/sat/bwgs/86-70a.gif
