96-29A? was seen again May 23.4:
>About 5th magnitude. Sharp double flashes gone. Some variation
>in brightness likely but not measured. object 1.5 minutes early and
>about 1 degree east (Skymap celestial projection angle) of
>predicted position using 22 may elements. Did not track object
>due to continued viewing of position area for about 2 minutes.
If this is the same object as on May 22, then a rather large ndot/2
is needed to fit the observations - indicating a rapid decay (perhaps
after deployment of NOSS cluster, but cluster was not seen).
elset from 4 observations May 22.3 to 23.4
