I just ran a sighting for San Francisco CA using elements epoched
96149.748.  The due north point was at 10:47:31 UT at 68 degrees
elevation.  The entry time sighting was at 10:47:06 UT at azimuth
355 degrees and elevation 40 degrees.  Fairly good agreement.
