Here's an elset for the TiPS tether that's much more accurate than the old one dated 97067 in the Molczan file. Wednesday evening I tested the accuracy of the various TiPS elements I had found, and the most accurate was the one obtained from: http://hyperspace.nrl.navy.mil/TiPS/latest_tips.els I've modified the elements to use a NORAD designation of 23937, and have added checksums. For some reason, the published elements at the URL above use 00006 for the designator, and lack the checksums. Without the checksums, I couldn't get Skymap to use the elements. The other elements I had found were late anywhere from 15 seconds to over a minute. Craig Cholar 3432P@VM1.CC.NPS.NAVY.MIL Marina, California 36 41 04 N, 121 48 04 W (+36.6860, -121.8054) UTC -7
