Yes, the existing elements for Mir are expected to fit for the docking. 

You can find the predicted elsets for STS-84 for burns OMS2, NC1, and NC2 
and the predicted elements for Mir at the STS-84 launch at:
http://sat.physics.ox.ac.uk/sat/shuttle.mir   OR DIRECTLY AT
				     /sts.elset
