Thanks to Ron Lee, Craig Cholar, and David Brierley for their reports,
and to Russell Eberst for forwarding David's telephoned obs. It seems
that Craig was the last one to spot it but I'm still awaiting elsets
from OIG to confirm the time of decay.

OIG have offered no new elsets (except for STS-84) for the past three
days. This has also delayed the posting of my next SatEvo decay list.
