Obs time was 07:35 UT, 20 May 97.  Did not see it.

In running predictions using the OIG day 140.1 elset,
the satellite was 5 minutes late and 10 minutes in RA 
west of the expected point.

I have several passes tonight at 2226, 0015 and 150
local.   The moon will not help but will attempt to see
it anyway.

I suspect I will apply the 2 minutes of RA per min early/
late just in case (east if early; west if late).
