The latest OIG elsets are:
Telstar 5 Proton r 169 x 157 km

These show it running 1.5, 5.9 and 7.6 seconds early with respect to the
evolution I posted here yesterday.

I am now predicting decay at about May 31.59 (uncertainty about 1 rev),
most likely while travelling south-eastwards across northern Japan
(Hokkaido) around 14:04 UTC. Do we have SeeSat subscribers in Japan? The
next low-point is north-eastbound over the Mediterranean from Libya to
Turkey at about 15:12 UTC.
