First three letters is the = Bayer > or Flamsteed designator, second is the standard three-letter constellat= ion > abbreviation. Examples: Gamma Virgo =3D gam Vir, Eta Bootes =3D eta = Boo, 25 > Hercules =3D 25 Her, etc. Planets: use complete word. I sometimes use 2 or more stars to compare with. > * Col 48 Elset epoch. Copy the entire epoch from the elset used to pre= dict > the flare. According to Bram (my dad), 3 decimals would be enough. Most of the time, Bram and I observe together, but our estimations and = comparison objects often differ. I compare the brightest flares I've seen (-6,-7,-8), with each other.
