Anybody able to "guestimate" even a rough orbit for this Centaur based
on launch time & this single obs?
There was a post on the sci.astro.satellites.visual.observe newsgroup by
Allen Thompson that points to a web page with an image of a previous
Titan Centaur fuel dump (USA 103 rocket) & the story surrounding this
observation;
