NOAA-K Rocket?

Hi All,
		Does anybody know the catalogue number of the rocket booster
associated with the recent NOAA-K (25338 / 98-030B) launch (A Titan II
upper stage). I tried querying the OIG database using international
designator & name, but found nothing. Has the rocket already decayed?
