What I believe was USA 116 passed near 52 Cyg some 90 sec after
expected time. I'm not sure in identification and in this case time 
accuracy is some 3 seconds. Other obs are accurate to 1-2 seconds 
and 0.25-0.5 degrees.

Yesterday's Lacrosse 3 included because I forgot to give my lat 
and long in previous message.
