Using the same elset and armed with new 12x50s and a new SW receiver tuned to
WWV I observed NOSS 2-3 r this evening at 22:23:00 EDT (02:23:00 UT) to be
passing between Alpha and Beta Ursa Major - somewhat closer to Beta Ursa
Major.
