Observed ABRIXAS at 4:59 UT on 7 May 99. Again a low elevation pass in the north. Dim in 7x50 binoculars. As it passed east of Polaris, I "thought" it may have dimmed and rebrightened. But since the total observation was at most a minute, I cannot positively state that it is other than steady in brightness. Ron Lee Falcon, CO USA
