Gorisont 23 tonight

Using Jason Hatton's May 1 time to adjust my approximation for flash times,
I still get errors within +- 1 sec (May 1-8). Part of the error may be that
all locations (in Europe) are assumed to have the same flash instants.

I'd like to stick my neck out, and propose there will be a flash visible
from northern Europe at 99-05-12 21:18:52 UT, and the period 50.5589 s.
