Mike Rosseel's unknown high sat

Using Skymap and Alldat.tle, I get four candidates with southerly motion:
#17267, 19164, 22514 and 25595.

Northerly motion candidates are 16106 and 16112.

I can provide a Skymap chart if you wish in JPG format.
