99-025E and ABRIXAS Obs, 15 May 99

Used my 8" scope to view this object (#25734).  Magnitude estimate 10.5
which would explain the inability to pick it up in binoculars. It was 
marginal for me on this pass.

Saw all the other objects except for #25731.  The Rocket body was
tumbling and I attempted to get a time but it was beyond my ability
to discern the pattern and proper flash points.

Also observed ABRIXAS on a high elevation pass west of zenith.  Did
not notice any obvious brightness fluctuations.  Mav elevation at about
3:49 UT
