The newest update from SpaceCom - prepared May 15, 13:25 UTC - shows a decay on
                  May 15, 15:38 UTC +/- 02 hours (23.6°N, 216.2°E)
on an ascending pass in very good good agreement with my previous predictions. 
With the last ELSETs - 99135.462... and 99135.523... - MPM shows again
                  May 15, 15:31 UTC +/- 22 minutes (06.9°N, 215.0°E)
on the same pass.
