We were able to watch the Fengyun 1C rocket on a good pass last night. I measured the tumble period at 0.660 seconds. (25732, 99-25C) I also measured the Abrixas rocket at 4.42 seconds. (25723, 99-22C) We saw Sputnik Jr. 3 on a very favorable pass. It seemed to vary from about magnitude 6 to 8 with a period of maybe 4 or 5 seconds. USA 86 was about 10 seconds early.
