1999-29B (#25741) SL-12 R/B:

The decay of the Proton stage will be significantly earlier as yesterday 
estimated. SpaceCom released a new update - prepared May 22, 08:49 UTC:
                  May 22, 21:04 UTC +/- 08 hours (24.4°S, 357.7°E)
on an ascending pass.

MPM shows with the ELSETs 99141.969... 99142.335... a very stable behaviour
and predicts:      May 22, 21:09 UTC +/- 22 minutes ( 05.2°N, 12.7°E)
at the same pass as SpaceCom calculated with a reentry over Africa.
