1999-27B (#25741) SL-12 R/B:

In my last message there was a sign error for the latitude. Here a correction and
an update based on the last ELSET 99142.396... MPM shows only a difference of 10 
sec for the decay time (This is pure math!):
                  May 22, 21:09 UTC +/- 22 minutes (09.1°S, 09.9°E)
on an ascending pass. The decay area is now on the South Atlantic near or around 
the African West Coast.
