              May 22, 20:33 UTC +/- 04 hours (15.2°S, 219.1°E)
on a descending pass.

MPM shows with the last ELSETs 99142.517... also an earlier decay:
                     20:26:30 UTC +/- 44 minutes (06.4°N , 203.0°E)
on the same pass.

Under special circumstances is an early decay around 19:42 UTC +/- 22 minutes
(07.4°S, 33.8°E, ascending) possible.
