Hi everybody,

My girlfriend and I looked for a pass of the Titan IV from yesterday's
launch (99-028B ?) that was to be seen across Cassiopeia at 00:42:30
local time (04:42:30 UTC on May 23). Nothing was observed between
5 to 2 minutes before predicted time at 1x then from -2 min to +17 min
with 7x35 binocs under light haze. The only thing we saw was Cosmos
1842 at 04:49 UTC.
