1999-027B (#25741) SL 12 R/B:

In its final release SpaceCom reported a decay at:
             May 22, 20:28 UTC +/- 03 hours  (0.7°S, 208.4°E) 

The last orbit pass over the continental US tracking stations was around 15:54 
UTC and then came the big "hole". The result is the +/- 03 hours window.

MPM shows with the last released ELSET 99142.639... no significant changes 
against the yesterday prediction:
             May 22, 20:27 UTC +/- 44 minutes (01.9°N, 206.4°)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
