Used 8" telescope to try to see all four objects from the recent
Indian launch. Object #25759 seemed steady during the short viewing
time and should be bright enough for binoculars. #25756 (OceanSat)
was noticeably fainter...probably difficult in binoculars. I missed the
other two objects. May try those again on a higher elevation pass
when the moon wanes. The pass elevation was 15 degrees. My impression
was that OceanSat was spinning. Obs around 05:07-05:09 UT on 29 May.
