NOSS and "triangular UFOs"

It has come to my attention that lately there have been a huge number of
sightings of supposed "triangular UFOs", or bright lights flying in
formation. See:

The question naturally arises, how many of these are sightings of the NOSS
satellite clusters? It would be rather time-consuming to see how many of
these reported sightings match up. However, if somebody wanted to invest
some time in doing this, the results would be quite interesting.
