USA 144 Titan 4 rocket observation

...I just observed the USA 144 Titan 4 rocket again, passing with a
height of 195 km above ground low in the local west, max. 24 deg above
horizon before shadow entry. Observing conditions were poor due to
scattered clouds, some haze and moonlight, but due to a close passage to
the bright star Regulus in Leo I was able to have a time fixed, showing
that the sat was 4.9 (+/- 0.5) sec late relative to the elset above.
