The last update from SpaceCom - prepared May 30, 19:29 UTC, shows a decay at
                     May 30, 21:37 UTC +/- 02 hours (42.0°N, 264.9°E)

MPM shows with all the last 3 ELSETS 99150.449... - 99150.754...  very constant 
decay figures:       May 30, 21:36 UTC +/- 11 minutes (46.8°N, 267.2°W)

on a descending pass over Ontario / Minnesota, Iowa!
