A detailed analysis of the reentry trajectory underlined Alan Pickups estimate
that the satellite debris came down near Worcester (South Africa) could be a
piece from #23834 (Delta 2 Rocket Body).

I was using the last released ELSET 00118.514... and the following assumptions:
    1. Worcester coordinates 33.30°S, 19.27° E
    2. No crosstrack lift of #23834 during reentry
    3. No explosive acceleration or deceleration during reentry

The terminal impact time was April 27, 13:26:30 UTC +/- 30 sec

Position 1 (based on SpaceCom derived model) :
                         33.83°S +/- 0.03°, 19.14°E +/- 0.04°

Position 2 (my "own" model, based on USAF reentry software) :
                         33.87°S +/- 0.03°, 19.06°E +/- 0.03°

The "impact" position must be roughly south of the Worcester.

It is evident that this analysis depends strongly from the quality of the used
ELSET. What we really need is the observed impact time and - if possible -
    a more precise position.
