Hi all, I wonder if anybody can help. ? On the evening of the 18/05/00 at approx.. 22:36 (GMT +1) I observed a flare (mag 0) which I cannot identify. It was about azim.. 40° Elev. 60° travelling in what appeared to be an orbit SE to NW across my FOV. From the TLE's available to me it may be NOAA 9 (15427) or IRS-P2 (23323) both of which were in approx. the right place at the right time. Do either of these two satellites flare or can anybody suggest what else it may have seen?
