I have an opportunity to view this just after sunset this
evening -- a near zenith pass going through the pointer
stars of the Big Dipper a little more than 2 hours prior
to the 4:51 UT time given above (and actually within the
decay window).  The predicted altitude is only 84 nautical
miles.  Will report if observed.  --Rob
