    There don't seem to be many flash timings of Cosmos 2208 Rk
    (92-053B, 22081) in recent years. Unless I was timing the wrong
    object with about 4.5-second flash period, here's what I got last
    night:

    92- 53 B 01-05-16 02:32:58.4 EC   98.2 0.7  22  4.46  mag +4.5->inv

    Observing location: 30.3068N, 97.7267W, 150m.
