I'm not qualified to do pre-launch TLEs, but here's some information
from the SPOT-Image Web site:

"Ariane will place Spot 5 in the same orbit as Spot 1, 2, 3 and 4,
i.e. a circular, quasi-polar orbit at an altitude of 830 km and a
pass over the equator at 10.30 a.m. (local time at descending node)."

A further link about the "quasi-polar orbit" adds the following:

"In conjunction with the rotation of the earth around the polar axis,
the inclination of the orbital plane (98 degrees) allows the satellite
to fly over any point of the earth during a 26 day cycle."
