    Here is a revised time for one of my observations of 03-9B, and my obs of
    03-9A last night to help refine the new orbits.
    
    Congratulations to Russell Eberst for recovering 82-41C, the sister object
    to 84-65C.  Assuming it was 80 minutes late, here is a search orbit.
