    When re-reading my posting I came to the same conclusion,

       Actually, since MM is in orbits/day, I think it's 92.08 days, not
    orbits, that it takes to catch up.
    In those 92 days, spacecraft makes 1317 orbits, and rocket makes 1316
    orbits.

    The differance in MM is 0.01085978
    This means that after 1 / 0.01085978 = 92.08 orbits Alexis catches up
    again
    with its rocket.
    For 92 orbits it uses 92.08 / 14.31 = 6.43 days
    So they will catch up on eachother every 6.43 days; presuming the MM's
    don't
    change. But they
    do due to friction of the upper atmosphere.
